Invitation Suite & Backdrop Styling
Designed by Thoughtfully Yours Design, the invitation suite was crafted as a direct homage to Asher Adams architecture. The main invitation features a custom debossed border, inspired by the ornate trim and sculptural framing found throughout the historic hotel's moldings and wall panels. Soft ivory and blush tones were accented with sage velvet ribbons and wax seals, echoing the venue's natural and historic palette.
The suite was styled in two scenes: once on the hotel's original tile floors, a striking black-and-white geometric mosaic and again atop a hand painted backdrop in a muted green, lending a layered artistic texture to the flat lays. Rings from JBrooks Jewelers were styled on hand made white ceramic dish with white florals beside calla lilies, on the venue's original mosaic tile. The bridal shoes were captured nestled into the historic green tile work, their lace pattern echoing the architecture around them.
Florals and vintage stamps enhanced the storytelling, grounding the suite in both artistry and sense of place. The hand painted backdrop's matte texture and weathered undertones complement the heirloom inspired paper goods while echoing the patina of the historic venue's tile and stonework. When paired with the soft golden glow of garden roses and the ornate embroidery of Bella Belle bridal shoes, the composition evokes an old world romance made fresh for the modern editorial eye.
The reception tablescape was an intentional fusion of European romance and architectural grandeur, desıgned to harmonıze with the heritage of the Asher Adams ballroom. The lons banquet table, styled with rentals from Diamond Event & Tent, was anchored by towering antique gold candelabras topped with slender taper candles. These striking vertical elements were softened by Hillside Floral's cascading arrangements of white calla lilies, cream roses, antique hydrangeas, hellebore, white lisianthus, white and blush ranunculus, Italian ruscus, white tulips and anemone which trailed organically over the edges of the table in a graceful nod to wild garden elegance.
The table settings featured layered fine china that stole the spotlight with its lace-inspired and soft scalloped edges. Each glass charger was rimmed in gold, the fine china featured delicate raised patterns that mimicked heirloom lace, offering a tactile experience that blended seamlessly with the bride's lace gloves and the motif repeated in her gown. This continuity in texture told a quiet yet powerful design story where bridal fashion and tablescape spoke the same romantic language.
Gilded flatware and etched crystal glassware added a touch of regal refinement, while the individual menus, designed by Thoughtfully Yours, were tied with velvet ribbon and adorned with handmade paper roses, placed caretully atop each place setting. Floral patterned napkıns in shades of sage and ivory tucked beneath each charger added a layer of softness and color that echoed the garden palette.
Fresh fruit and vegetables, including pears, grapes and artichokes was styled along the center of the table as a nod to classic still life paintings subtle symbolism of abundance, beauty, and timeless elegance. Every element from plate to petal was thoughtfully placed to embody understated luxury, creating a visual feast that was as soulful as it was stylish.

Cocktails & Lounge Hour
Signature cocktails were served in etched vintage glassware, a deliberate nod to the art deco accents that grace the Asher Adams venue. The drink selection was a vibrant spectrum: effervescent champagne coupes, rosy-hued citrus martinis garnished with dehydrated lemon wheels, amber old fashioneds with orange peels and blueberries. Presented on a brass rimmed cocktail tray, the drinks were styled atop textured stone tables that echo the venue's original masonry. These details were not merely refreshments they were visual accents.
